Love Island’s Shaq Muhammad in tears after clashing with Tanya Manhenga during explosive Movie Night row
Movie Night certainly opened Pandora’s Box for the formerly happy couple, who were one of the strongest pairings in the villa until Tanya brought Martin back from Casa Amor after finding a connection.
She then delivered a public and grovelling speech eventually winning Shaq back but, just as soon as their happy reconciliation happened, it was over once Movie Night arrived and he was able to watch what really went down between her and Martin.
While Shaq was fuming about what he saw, Tanya also got to see Shaq ‘flirting’ with Zara Denizby-Brown and was far from impressed.
After shouting at each other from both sides of the villa, Shaq stormed out the front door and declared: ‘I’m so over this s**t everyone’s f*****g fake,’ before being consoled by Tom Clare.
Kai Fagan’s prediction for the future of Shaq and Tanya wasn’t great as he said quietly: ‘I think Shaq has realised how f*****g fake Tanya is.’

Tanya later confided in the girls: ‘I don’t know about my man. Tonight was like old Shaq and I don’t like that Shaq.
‘This reminds me why I’m single, honestly.
‘If this is going to make [him] question our whole thing, I’ll honestly watch [him] walk away.’
After sleeping separately, Shaq and Tanya aired out their differences the following morning, as he told her about her kiss with Martin: ‘I do think it was downplayed a little bit.’
Clearly annoyed, Tanya fired back: ‘If you let Martin get between me and you, honestly.
‘I’ve hit a wall and the part after the wall is me not caring.’
Shaq told her: ‘When I’m with you I feel all the love and I feel how much you care for me.
‘Firstly, drop the attitude and be real. Don’t get defensive.’
He then asked the all important question while dramatically removing his sunglasses: ‘Do you love me? Look me dead in my eye, I’m asking you seriously.’
However, an increasingly frustrated Tanya replied: ‘The fact you’re asking me that question, you don’t trust me.’
Shaq then reasoned: ‘You have to give us time to build the trust back. Is that not fair enough?’ before the episode ended on a cliffhanger.
Shaq’s tearful emotions had viewers also in their feels, as one commented during the episode: ‘Shaq is breaking my heart, this man doesn’t deserve this.’
‘Awww poor Shaq I actually feel for him,’ another declared.
One viewer chimed in: ‘This is why you shouldn’t tell people you love them after 2 weeks please. Everyone let this be a lesson. Don’t be a shaq.’
Declaring Martin the winner of the love triangle, one other laughed: ‘This is an elite Movie Night I know my guy Martin has devoured that popcorn whole.’
Love Island airs each night at 9pm on ITV2.
